After 2 hours of restlessness and battling with blocked ears and annoying static in our hair...

Bought tix for the express train to the city centre!

Only 90 baht each and we practically got the whole cabin to ourselves :p

Even more shiok than the plane lol!

Reached our hotel - Citin Pratunam!

Love this hotel, everyone there is sooo nice to us :')

Plus there's a whole lot of awesome roadside stalls just right outside!

Off to chatuchakzzz!

Look at the seats man, chio or what hahaha

Oh always rmb to ask for "meter" before you hop on a cab!

Thousands of stalls man, you can never finish it all in one day.

Plus after like 3-4 hours the heat can KEEEEELLL

How cute are their cups?!

And what's one thing you can never miss out on in BKK?

STREET FOOD.

Spicy mama noodle salad, seafood fried rice, salted grilled fish, tomyam soup, banana pancake, sliced mango and our fav oishi green tea for dinz! ^^

They even have roadside sushi stalls! Mad cute! hahaha

The stall selling tomyam right outside citin pratunam is SOOOOOOOOO good.

I could have it everyday.

Didn't manage to snap a pic of him the last time so here's one I googled!

Every night when we walk past we'll be like

SO. FREAKING. GOOD.

Where we spend like 3/4 of our day lol.

Btw platinum mall closes at 6 - 7pm, so be there early if you wanna shop more!

Damn thrilling especially when they weave in and out of traffic!

But remember to settle on a price before hopping on, if not confirm kena tok one hahaha

Went to Central World for dinner!

Gustoso, an international buffet restaurant!

We wanted to try out something new so we decided to dine here!

Our 1st round! hahaha

What I like about this buffet is that almost everything is nice, not just okok standard.

They had black pepper beef and the beef was really tender and flavorful, not the rubbery kind that I dislike.

And the bill came up to only around $16/pax!

BEST PASTA EVER

Ikr, its like part of the buffet but its better than some other restaurants' mains.

I loved this sooo much, non-stop raving about it even after we left the restaurant lol.

I used to think Naraya was a japanese brand (no idea why haha)

And cause it was still christmas season when we went, there was this bear head prop in the middle of the mall which you can snap pics with.

We totally just stood there and laughed non-stop!

So darn funny to see people posing with the bear head haha and yes most of them were guys! LOL

Dropped by Beauty Buffet after that!

Stocked up on our fav facial cleanser/scrubs ^^

Usual night market to get contacts!

So much more comfy than the GEO bambi series ones I bought off honeycolor.

And those cost me $30+ :(

Love how there are so many pink cabs in BKK!

And its super easy to get a cab there cause there's so many available cabs!

Took our hotel tuktuk to platinum mall cause we were too lazy to walk, haha!

Went to do our nails after finishing our sourcing for the day!

Nails done at Plaza 29! Just opposite MBK ^^

Prices range from 100B ($4) for a express mani to approx 800B (~$30) for gelish with nail art!

Chinatown (Yaowarat) for seafood at T&K!

Highly recommended by forums so we decided to give it a try~

Some late night shopping at Big C cause it closes at midnight!

All the night markets close at 10pm so we had nowhere to go after that :( hahaha

Bought hair dye, makeup and random stuff like collagen powder and sweets lol

Everyone actually queues to enter the train

And the train station only has seats right at the end, I guess thai people are not as lazy as us :p

All the bellboys were damn amused by this sight lol

2 girls with... 8 luggages @.@

Thank god we used the comp at the hotel lobby and upgraded our 40kg baggage limit to 80kg, cause it was a really full flight back. The last time we didn't, we were lucky cause it was an empty flight and the counter guy was so nice. But we didn't wanna risk it again cause exceed 1kg = fine $20 ok! Imagine if we exceeded by 40kg..... :x

Chilled at Baskin Robbins while waiting for our flight, and we saw this Subway mascot.

First time seeing sucha mascot!

SUBMAN WAVES BYE!

HAHAHAHAHA

Btw, we've just topped up our rack at MIYOC!
