Shopping at PMT is now easier with the Paypal shopping cart system.

We understand that some of you girls are confused about this new payment system, so below is a simple step by step guide to make shopping at PMT a breeze! :)

1. Getting a debit card

Most of you might still be holding on to this card:

With the card above, you can head down to any POSB branch to apply for the GO debit card. 

No charges incurred! Which is awesome! ^^

Alternatively, you can head down to any DBS branch to exchange your ATM card for the VISA debit card too! (which is the one that we both have, doesn't it look much chio-er than the blue POSB card? :p)

In a nutshell, the above debit cards are EXACTLY the same as an ATM card but with added benefits! ^^

2: Shop at PMT

So, now with the card...time to shop! :)

Click on the "ADD TO CART" button for the item you would like to purchase

The Paypal cart will open on another page. 

Click on "Continue Shopping" if you're purchasing multiple items.

If you wanna opt for registered postage (+ $2.24), click "Continue Shopping" and then click the "+ REG POSTAGE" button

Do note that even if you're purchasing multiple items, you only need to add registered postage once!

Once you're done, click "Check Out"! 

(Both check out buttons will bring you to the same page) :)

You will reach the order summary page. 

For existing Paypal users, you can simply log in to purchase.

 For those without a Paypal account, click on the "Don't have a Paypal account?" button.

The form will expand once you click the button

Fill in your card and personal particulars in the form 

Click "Review and continue"

Review and confirm you purchase/particulars. 

Click "Pay now"

Complete! :D

A confirmation email will be sent to you by Paypal.

PMT will also be sending you another confirmation email :)

The whole process should take you less than 5mins!
And all you need is your debit/credit card, so you can shop wherever you are using your smartphone!



Benefits when using the cart:

Firstly, you do not have to wait for us to invoice you.

Secondly, for previous ATM users, you no longer need to rush down to any ATM to pay, screenshot the receipt and then revert back to us within 24 hours. For ibanking users, you do not need to find your ibank device, log in, add bank payee, transfer and revert payment details to us within 24 hours. 

Thirdly, you do not need to wait for us to verify your payment because its instant confirmation by Paypal!

We've started this cart system to make shopping easier for our customers, and it is also a way to reduce the increasing amount of deadbuyers which in turn delay other customers from receiving their purchases.

For those who feel that its unfair for shoppers with no bank account or ATM cards, all our inventories are actually split into equal amounts between Paypal and order forms/email orders so those who place their orders via the order form or through email will still be able to get their items too! :)
